Последователи В.И. Вернадского: Виктор Абрамович Ковда и Николас Полунин

В конце 60-х годов ХХ столетия началось движение за сохранение биосферы Земли – общего дома для человечества и вместилища всей жизни на Земле. Это движение объединило на многие годы научное сообщество разных стран. Спустя 20 лет на международном Симпозиуме «Биосфера и Человечество. История и Современность» были подведены итоги развития и продвижения в жизнь идей академика В.И. Вернадского, основоположника учения о биосфере Земли.
